"xtranormal's mission is to bring movie–making to the people. Everyone watches movies and we believe everyone can make movies. Movie–making, short and long, online and on–screen, private and public, will be the most important communications process of the 21st century.
Our revolutionary approach to movie–making builds on an almost universally held skill–typing. You type something; we turn it into a movie. On the web and on the desktop."
[The Xtranormal Text–to–Movie authoring tool allows you to produce short films. It does so through adding your typed dialogue (in the form of 'text to speech') to supplied animated character assets.]
"Twitter 360 is a new application specifically developed for the iPhone 3GS that enables you to visualize your Twitter friends located in your nearby environment, thanks to a unique Augmented Reality functionality using the iPhone camera.
Twitter 360 is one of the first iPhone applications to use the new Twitter's Geotagging feature to geotag your tweets. Please, note that Twitter 360 does not intend to be a fully Twitter client, our goal is to provide a different approach to the Twitter experience. We are already working on new ideas to be added in this application."
''Our EV–DO ExpressCards are looking a whole lot frumpier (and less functional) today now that Novatel's shown off this hot little metallic number, the ''MiFi'' mobile 3G hotspot for getting high–speed data to you and your closest friends on the go. Routing your choice of EV–DO Rev. A or HSPA over WiFi, the slab is about as wide and long as a credit card –– goodness –– and features an internal battery that'll allegedly be good for four hours of use or forty hours of standby on one charge. The MiFi is scheduled to blast off in the first half of 2009 for roughly [USD] $200 through carriers and retail channels, which means we can finally look forward to ditching our N78 with Joikuspot and a couple hundred dollars worth of spare batteries.''

Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) is a messaging service for the mobile environment very similar to Short Message Service (SMS), or text messaging. It provides automatic, immediate delivery of personal multimedia messages from phone to phone or from phone to e–mail. In addition to the familiar text content of text messages, multimedia messages can contain images, graphics, voice, and audio clips. An MMS message is a multimedia presentation in a single entry – it is not a text file with attachments. Eventually it will also be possible to send video clips via MMS. Although MMS encompasses a wide range of content types, it is a logical extension of SMS, making it easy to adopt for today's generation of mobile users, especially text messaging enthusiasts.
